There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Provides maintenance and repairs of City & County of Honolulu streets, storm drains, ditches, streams, and sidewalks. Provides litter containers at bus stops and pedestrian malls. Responsible for clearing City roadways and drainage ways of debris caused by rain, wind and other natural disasters. Picks up bulky items and dead animals in rural areas. Maintains striping and signs on City-Owned streets.

E-Nable is a group of Makers, Engineers, Medical Professionals, Tinkerers, Teachers, Students, Artists, Philanthropists, Parents and "Ideas people" who have come together from across the globe to collaborate, innovate and re-design the 3d Printable open source design of a mechanical hand device that was released as the original "Robohand" open source file in 2012. E-nable does not sell these devices - but instead - encourages parents and individuals to create them on their own, guides them in the building process and prints parts for those that need them. The designers at E-nable offer their assistance and design skills at no cost to aid those that would like to DIY (do it yourself) one of these devices and has numerous members that are willing to take on individual cases to help custom design around different shaped hands or needs.

Bridge House Clean and Sober Living provides a residential living opportunity for people in recovery from drug/alcohol abuse. We are a culturally-based program, utilizing Hawaiian health and healing principles. We also have a vocational skills building component, which prepares individuals for entry/re-entry into the work force. We also operate an outpatient substance abuse treatment program at an off-site location that provides assessment and formal treatment.

Administers the Occupational Safety and Health Law and the Boiler and Elevator Safety Law. Conducts investigations of workplace catastrophes or fatalities and employee complaints regarding workplace hazards. Provides consultation to employers and training to employers and employees to encourage voluntary compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law standards and rules. Inspects boilers, pressure systems, amusement rides, elevators and similar equipment.
