(Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)) The Easterseals Hawaii (ESH) Autism Center provides effective, evidence-based, and individualized behavioral therapy and services for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities and disorders. The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) component of the program often includes intensive Verbal Behavior-Based therapy (VB). (Recreational Soccer League, Soccer) American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is a Youth Soccer Organization servicing the Kaneohe area to include areas up through Kaaawa. There is a very important program (VIP) for the physically challenged. The Program runs all year round with our main season during the fall of each year. Provides basic concepts of soccer to the youth of Kaneohe with the intent for the youth to participate at higher levels as they become available. Clinics are provided to adults to obtain the basics for coaching and refereeing. AYSO is entirely made up of volunteers.

Administers and enforces standards of conduct provisions of the State Ethics Code, Chapter 84, Hawaii Revised Statues. Standards of conduct include provisions on conflicts of interests; gifts and reporting of gifts; fair treatment; confidential information; state contracts; and post employment. Standards apply to elected and appointed state officials, employees, and board and commission members. Standards do not apply to judges or to federal or county officials or employees. Administers and enforces financial disclosure requirements for state officials, employees, board and commission members, and candidates for state elective office. Administers and enforces the State Lobbyists Law, Chapter 97, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Lobbyists Law includes registration and reporting requirements for lobbyists and persons and organizations involved in lobbying the state legislative and executive branches.

(Homebase) Fernhurst is a women's residence with a Transitional Housing Program for women. Program entry requires application and interview for eligibility. If accepted, participants must: complete 2 hours of community service per week, check in weekly with the program coordinator, and participate in 2 learning circles and 1 Professional Women's Group. The program serves women on parole and economically disadvantaged women; providing information on the subjects of housing, jobs and personal finance,education and promoting self-sufficiency.

The Medical Reserve Corps in Hawaii is an all volunteer group with many different skill sets. The Hawaii MRC needs volunteers who have medical and non-medical backgrounds who want to serve their local communities during public health emergencies or large scale emergency response events.

The Kauai DHO serves the community with proficiencies in emergency preparedness, family health services, public health nursing, services for the developmentally delayed, environmental health services (vector control, clean air, clean water, and sanitation programs), vital statistics (births, marriages, and deaths), communicable disease control, and mental health services. Provides temporary assistance and information for residents of the Island of Kauai who have tested positive for COVID-19 and cannot safely self-quarantine or self-isolate at home. Youth identified as requiring intensive mental health services may be enrolled with the Department of Health (DOH) Family Guidance Center (FGC) located in the school district of their home school. They are assigned an FGC Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) at that time. The youth may, and often will, continue to receive School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) services and supports from the Department of Education (DOE) in conjunction with the intensive mental health services.

The Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center works to educate the community on how to prevent overdose, recognize the signs of overdose, and treat someone experiencing an overdose. The medication Naloxone has proven to stop the effects of opioid overdose and save lives, and is legal to carry in the state of Hawaii. Our naloxone program is free and anonymous, and available on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii Island.
