Food distribution for March 21, 2026 is canceled. Nothing will be rescheduled for the month of March 2026. New Hope Kapolei provides a food pantry on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Please bring a rolling cart or large shopping bag. Food is on a first come, first served basis and the pantry may run out of food before the closing time. Please call for an appointment for emergency food on Thursday 10:30 am - 12:30 pm the weeks the food pantry is not open on Saturday. Supplies are limited and appointments are required.

Focusing on each person’s individual needs, Adult Day Health programs located in Honolulu and Wahiawa offer in-house classes, community outings and recreational opportunities that can help participants build the confidence and skills needed to integrate into the community as well as engage in volunteer and pre-vocational activities. The Employment Exploration component enables participants to identify interests and explore potential integrated employment settings.

Therapeutic Respite Home

The Respite Home program provides respite care as needed to families that are linked with the Department of Health Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD). The families that use the Respite Home therapeutic living program have behaviorally challenging youth in their homes and have used all of their resources to be able to maintain them on a constant basis. Respite Home services are designed to give these families short-term dependable relief to allow them to rejuvenate and provide a more stable family environment upon the youth’s return. This will hopefully decrease the potential for abuse and neglect and prevent placement of the youth in a more restrictive setting. Services included: -Activities that support daily living skills. -Culturally relevant recreational and social activities. -On-call crisis intervention and support. -Medication monitoring.
