(The Actors Group) The Actors' Group (TAG) is a small but active Community Theatre. Our seating capacity is 55 to 60 seats. We are located in the Dole Cannery Square Mall. We produce 6 to 7 plays each season (September through August) These are all straight plays, we do not do musicals because our theater is so small. Everyone at TAG is a volunteer. SBA Microloan Program Starting March 1, 2021 the Hawaiian Council will be accepting loans from $2,500 to $50,000 without a capital contribution from the client. SBA Microloans are oriented to acquisition of inventory, materials, furniture and commercial equipment, improvements to physical plant and working capital. We provide business technical assistance free of charge for the life of the loan. Collateral may be required according to the risk and viability of the business to be financed. Lending is subject to availability of SBA funding. The Kealahou Initiative (Kī) is designed to support the development of ʻōpio leaders through entrepreneurship and innovation. This program is for opio ages 14 years old - 30 years old ready to take their creative ideas and passions through the design and entrepreneurial process, where you can start your own business, social movement, or government initiative. This program will help ʻōpio go from idea to being pitch-ready for investors and supporters at the rate that is best for them. This program consists of an accelerator class that takes place over a 10-week span (3 hours per week). Our Child Protection Center (CPC) is the state leader in identifying, treating and helping children and families recover from child abuse. Founded in 1969 in collaboration with the State of Hawaii, the CPC has been helping Hawaii’s children for over 45 years. We take a multidisciplinary approach to care and prevention, treating the child and his or her family. We also educate and train professionals in all disciplines, from doctors and nurses to social workers and law enforcement professionals.
