Serves current and former foster youth in Hawai‘i who are transitioning out of the foster care system, into adulthood. The program provides a group process for youth to celebrate their emancipation from foster care and to assist them in planning for their independence. Youth Circles build upon the philosophy and skills enriched through years of engaging families in ‘Ohana Conferences. Culturally sensitive, youth centered, and strengths based, Youth Circles bring together family and community support to increase social capital and develop a network of support from individualized, outcome-driven Transition Plans for the future. Services include long term care, 24/7 basic emergency services, outpatient clinic lab and x-ray, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutritional services, recreational activities, social work, on-site physicians, and skilled and intermediate nursing care. There is also a medical clinic adjacent to the hospital which has outpatient services including family practice, pediatric neurology, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, laboratory, and x-ray facilities.

Youth drop into the space and are given the opportunity to earn a bike by learning how to fix and maintain a bike in addition to volunteering to help maintain the flow of the shop. Each year there are 400 donated bikes that are refurbished by youth and about 4000 bikes are repaired though 9000 youth service hours.

Provides a fun and educational program for children and young adults to build character, to train on the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness. Promotes and encourages youth of all ages to participate in group work and outdoor activities.

Provides care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides education in women and child health, chronic diseases, etc. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis (TB) cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation to private schools, day care, and residential care homes.

McKinley Community School for Adults (MCSA) - Farrington Campus provides adults with basic, remedial, and continuing education opportunities. Our programs include English Language Acquisition (ELA), Adult Basic Education (ABE), Adult Secondary Education (ASE), High School Equivalency (HSE) preparation, and Workforce Development Program (WDD).

Inspects plants and animals arriving from Foreign area to prevent spread of undesirable pests and diseases. Enforces federal regulations governing the movement of agricultural items to the United States mainland.

Treats children with communication disorders whose needs can be met most effectively through a home therapy program and who are not eligible to receive therapy services through any other agency or program. Provides parent training in a home situation so that therapy is on-going. Works in close coordination with public and private agencies that provide services to children with communication disorders. Provides weekly Tutu Support Group that includes counseling, advocacy, information and referral, education and training. Program is for grandparents who are raising or caring for their grandchildren. Agency also umbrellas an outrigger canoe paddling program for youth 10 years and up, and adults. Oldest adult paddling with program is 83 years old.

Provides a continuum of substance abuse treatment services including: residential treatment, day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment.

(Employees Retirement System - Liaison) Acts as liaison for Employee's Retirement System questions. Acts as Employees' Retirement System counselor and liaison for all State or County employees and retirees.

(Easter Seals Hawaii Home and Community-Based Services, Easter Seals Hawaii Honolulu Services Center Adult Day Health Program) Adult Day Health (ADH) focuses on providing a small group environment that fosters growth, and challenges the adult participant to increase independence in a variety of community settings. Emphasis is placed on individual choice, allowing adults to pursue opportunities that match their interests and skills while promoting their dignity and independence. The program provides daily respite for individual and family caregivers as well as provides participants with educational, social, health and recreational opportunities. ADH participants have a full-range of activities to choose from including: the option to go on daily excursions, enjoy art programs, volunteer in the community, attend computer classes with the aid of assistive technology, learn money skills, participate in weekly hula classes or give back to the community through recycling programs. (Ka Pa'alana, Ka Paalana Traveling Preschool and Homeless Family Education Program, Partners in Development Ka Paalana, Partners in Development K Paalana Traveling Preschool, PIDF Ka Paalana Traveling Preschool) The Ka Pa‘alana Traveling Preschool and Homeless Family Education Program serves houseless families on the Leeward coast of O‘ahu as well as Kaka‘ako, and Hilo on Hawai‘i Island. Through collaborative partnerships with Leeward coast outreach agencies, Ka Pa‘alana assists families by delivering or providing access to essential services, such as a parent-child participatory preschool, basic needs items and more. Ka Pa‘alana also serves as an initial contact agency for families who are ready to transition to local shelters or temporary housing facilities. There are three components to the Ka Pa‘alana Traveling Preschool and Homeless Family Education Program: Malama Mobile, Traveling Preschool, and Family Education services.

Pacific Birth Collective provides mother-baby supplies distribution including diapers, formula, hygiene items, etc. We accept donations of diapers, wipes, formula, etc.

ISG offers an array of support services and product sales (assistive technology) for people who are blind or experience low vision, are deaf or are hard of hearing, or have a speech disability. ISG is a local distributor for many key mainland manufacturers of high and low technology such as desktop and portable video magnifiers, screen reading computer programs, and many other low vision aids. ISG sells and services assistive listening and alerting devices such as FM listening systems and telephone/doorbell alerting systems. ISG conducts assessment with people with disabilities to evaluate their need for assistive technology that can aid in one's productivity for independent living or employment. ISG coordinates services from a fully accessible, model home in Honolulu where an array of technology is on display for people to "try before you buy". ISG hosts the Assistive Technology User Group meetings.

(Hanahau'oli School) Private school includes grades PK-6 for boys and girls.

Offers weekly individual or group counseling focused on teaching independent living skills for youth aged 12 to 25. Maintains a training apartments from young men aged 17.5 to 19 who are in transition from foster care, group homes, shelters or institutions and also a home for young women transitioning out of foster care to independent living (training apartment participants are expected to have jobs and pay for rent and food). Also a home for pregnant and parenting teens.

Provides required education to qualify for a hunting license. Administers written exam. Course includes firearms safety, first aid, survival rules, conservation and wildlife identification.
