Youth learn and practice Hawaiian and other arts, cultural traditions, protocols and values taught by kupuna and experienced while hiking, paddling canoe, celebrating their history and restoring the environment. Youth document their learning with digital and other media, including public art installations that honor and perpetuate our culture.

Investigates all drug complaints. We register and investigate all violations of persons who administer, prescribe, manufacture or dispense controlled substances in the State, including those who work at methadone clinics. The Division is also responsible for Hawaii’s Electronic Prescription Accountability System (e-Pass) which monitor’s all Schedule II through V controlled substance prescriptions filled in the State of Hawaii.

(TVAP) Sex Trafficking Case Management services are provided to juvenile victims and their families or caregivers through the Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP). In partnership with the Susannah Wesley Community Center and Hale Kipa, Parents And Children Together provides victim centered trauma-informed comprehensive case management to survivors of sex trafficking. Services include crisis response, intake screening, and case management designed to support the victim in leaving the trafficking situation. Activities are geared for adults and seniors, including classes in arts and crafts, Hawaiiana, games, and exercises, music, martial arts, and seasonal activities. (Hale Halawai Ohana O Hanalei Neighborhood Multipurpose Center, Hale Halawai) Hale Halawai Ohana O Hanalei's Hanalei Community Center links agencies, individuals, and service providers. Language classes, chorus, yoga, hula (adults), lei making, and AA groups for adults and youth, Hawaiiana Summer Program, African dance, creative arts, Farmer's Market, and Driver's Education offered. Provides correctional care and custody of adult law offenders committed by the Courts to serve sentences.

City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) provides a Rebuild Donation Match Registry. Step 1: Submit a Request. Residents and business owners with storm damage can submit a description of their needs, including required repairs and specific materials or services. Step 2: Eligibility Review. DPP will verify requests based on official damage assessment reports to ensure resources reach those most affected. Step 3: Register as a Donor. Individuals and businesses can sign up to donate specific quantities of materials or offer volunteer time. Step 4: The Match. Once a match is identified, DPP will notify both parties to initiate the connection. Please note: -No Guarantee of Assistance. Submission of a request does not guarantee that materials or services will be provided. Assistance depends on available donations. -Permits are Required. Participation in the registry does not waive standard building permit requirements. Property owners must ensure all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. -Licensed Work required.
