Provides taxicab transportation including wheelchair accessible taxi transportation. All fares are determined by metered rates as dictated by the City & County of Honolulu. Program will be expanded to include special programs for senior citizens.

(Colitis and Crohns Disease Support Group) Sponsors support group for people with colitis or Crohn's disease.

(Pathway of Hope, Salvation Army Kauluwela Community Assistance Center) The Salvation Army Community Assistance Center provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, pending funding availability. The program also offers intensive case management services known as Pathway of Hope (POH). POH is for families who are ready to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and move towards self-sufficiency.

Girl Scouts' leadership development program builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Through leadership programs in STEM, Outdoor Experience and Financial literacy and Entrepreneurship girls learn to discover, connect and take action to fulfill their potential as leaders and to improve their communities.

A training awards program designed specifically for persons currently working with, or planning to work with, older adults. These awards will provide tuition assistance for workers who enroll in credit or noncredit courses and certificate programs, which enhance their knowledge and skills in areas related to aging. (Hawaii Humpback Whale Watch, Hawaii Whale Sanctuary, Hawaii Whale Watch, NOAA Whale Rescue, NOAA Whale Watch) The Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, which is jointly managed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the State of Hawaii, lies within the shallow warm waters surrounding the main Hawaiian Islands and constitutes one of the world's most important humpback whale habitats. Through education, research and resource protection activities, the sanctuary strives to protect humpback whales and their habitat in Hawaii.

Provides opportunities and manages facilities for non-organized, outdoor, aquatic recreational activities such as sportfishing, underwater photography and studying aquatic life. Operates and stocks freshwater public fishing areas on Hawaii, Kauai and Oahu. Shoreline Fishery Management monitors accidental introduction of foreign aquatic species. Develops and manages statewide system of artificial reefs to enhance sportfishing species.

Provides mental health and case management services to children, adolescents and adults referred to our services). Services include: assessments; psychological testing; psychiatric consultation; individual, group, and family therapy; intensive in-home services; therapeutic aides, drug/alcohol case management and recovery support and after-school programs.
