The ADRC staff members provide Options Counseling. The ADRC is for people of all incomes and ages, to help you make plans that carry out your individual needs and preferences. Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii (VASH) provides supportive services to meet the immediate and urgent needs of visitors to Hawaii Island who are victimized by crime, have medical emergencies, or suffer other adversities during their stay. Immediate needs may include assistance with canceling credit cards, providing emergency transportation, or garnering resources (soliciting donations) for food and lodging.
