(CLA) Clutterers Anonymous (CLA) is a 12 Step program modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous, where individuals share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem with clutter and help each other to recover. Recommends speakers on Hawaiian issues and culture. Maintains a registry of persons of Hawaiian ancestry. Registers and tracks persons of Hawaiian ancestry to help OHA determine how best to distribute benefits from federal programs addressing health, education and economic development. (Hele-On Ka Hoʻokele) Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council's (HCEOC) Transportation Program offers Hawaii Island residents who are elderly, low-income, or disabled access to essential sites such as medical facilities, nutrition sites, shopping centers, banks, post offices, government buildings, and places of employment. Services are based on availability, service areas and road conditions.

Hookuaaina hosts weekly community days. By participating, volunteers learn the traditional way of cultivating kalo and make meaningful connections to place and with one another while having fun in the mud.

(HEAL, Healthy Eating + Active Living Coalitions - Heal) Hawaii Public Health Institute works to improve health behaviors and reduce chronic disease through policy, systems, and environmental changes.

Provides transportation assistance for patients with cancer. Road to Recovery program - volunteers drive patients to doctor appointments and medical treatments. Bus Passes and Handi-Van Coupons - availability is limited to those in active treatment. Taxicab - limited trips for those that are unable to access volunteers, bus or handi-van. Air Fare interisland and mainland - for patients not covered by other insurance coverage. Reduced rate lodging - at hotels in Hawaii for patients who must travel for treatment. Hope lodge - free overnight housing for patients traveling to the mainland for treatment.

Pacific Health Ministry develops hospital ministry and Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs in Hawaii. Its mission is to provide the highest quality interfaith spiritual care to the people of Hawaii, pastoral training to students around the world, and education for the community. Pacific Health Ministry provides spiritual and emotional support programs for the patients, families, and staff for Hawaii hospitals, hospice programs, psychiatric hospitals, retirement centers, and long term care facilities. These services provide spiritual care to persons in trauma or crisis, as well as those dying or grieving the loss of a family member. Pacific Health Ministry also provides education for clergy, health care professionals, and others who assist persons who are dying, grieving, and in crisis. It is a program that leads to certification for ministers and religious professionals. Pacific Health Ministry is the only accredited ministry training institution in Hawaii.

(Hawaii Relief Program) Catholic Charities Hawaii has been contracted to administer the Hawaii Relief Program. Eligible applicants may receive up to four months of financial assistance, including: -Up to 4 months of rent or mortgage (up to $6,000 per month) -One time security deposit (actual housing deposit amount up to the maximum of $6,000) -Up to 4 months of utility assistance ($2,000 per month per utility source) -One time Utility deposit (up to $3,000 per utility source). -One-time automobile down payment -Up to 4 months of automobile payments Utility payments may include electricity, gas, or water expense, or a combination of these utility sources. Water expense may include sewer service fees. Payments are made directly to landlords, mortgage lenders, or utility providers. McKinley Community School for Adults (MCSA) - Moanalua Campus provides adults with basic, remedial, and continuing education opportunities.
