(Hele on Kakoo Paratransit Services) Hawai'i County Mass Transit Agency (MTA) offers Hele-On Kako'o Paratransit services to complement its current Intra-Hilo and Intra-Kona fixed route bus system. It is an advanced reservation, origin to destination service for persons with a disability who are unable to use the regular fixed Hele-On bus service.

(Hui Malama Ola Na Oiwi) We provide disease prevention and health promotion services through advocacy, accessibility, and education. We offer Case Management Services (such as home visits to conduct blood pressure checks, glucose checks, assistance with applications for medical insurance), and referrals to other health-related agencies. We also provide Health Education (Diabetes, Hypertension, Nutrition, and Tobacco Cessation), Traditional Healing Workshops and Classes, as well as one-to-one services by referral. Specialty Transportation provided to medical-related appointments (based on needs and availability)- for individuals restricted to a wheelchair or gurney.

(SASS, Empowering Alternatives Program, EAP, Sexual Assault Response and Advocacy Services, SARAH) Operates a 24-hour crisis hotline for persons affected by a sex assault, including women, men, girls and boys. Offers information, referral and direct support to any person victimized. Support is also provided during police, medical examinations and legal matters surrounding the crime, advocacy, counseling, and therapy.

Provides case management for youth in long term foster care, guardianship, transition, post high school education and post adoption. Provides financial assistance for educational and self esteem building activities for children in foster care. Training and toll free Warm Line support and resources for foster, guardianship, kinship and adoptive parents. Hosts a Holiday Party for former foster children and foster families.

Stakeholders have the ability to remain focused on the goals that are created and outlined in each participants Individualized Treatment and Recovery Plan.

Operates a 288 bed, skilled and intermediate care facility, certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Provides room and board, 24 hours nursing services, IV therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, social services, recreational services and dietary services. IGI (International Genealogical Index): A worldwide list of names and selected vital data of more than 150 million people. 3. Ancestral File: Is pedigree linked and can be grouped in families. 4. Social Security Death Index: Lists about 38 million deceased persons who had Social Security numbers, and whose deaths were reported to that administration. 5. US Military Index: Index of individuals in the United States military who died, or were declared dead, in Korea or Vietnam (1950-1975).

(PACT) The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA Hawaii) offers a Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training (PACT) program, funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in partnership with Work Hawaii. This six-week program is free for qualifying individuals and is intended to prepare participants for entry-level employment in the construction field. The curriculum includes: OSHA 30 Certification; CPR/First Aid/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens; Introduction to carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; Green building fundamentals; Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Certification; Disaster site safety (15-hour OSHA); Job readiness support, including resume preparation and interview coaching; A guided tour of an active construction site. Participants also earn nationally recognized credentials, including the Home Builders Institute (HBI) Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate, and leave the program prepared for roles such as laborer, carpenter, plumber, or electrician assistant with pathways toward advancement in the industry.
