If an individual provides a referral from their doctor, the COVID-19 test results will be forwarded to their doctor and their doctor will notify them.

Pacific Birth Collective (PBC) is offering free weekly food boxes designed specifically for the perinatal period, with focus on providing nutrition and health support for mothers and their growing babies. This program is in conjunction with the Maui Food Bank and is free and accessible to everyone. The items in our food boxes are curated for children and women during their childbearing years. Please fill out this form to receive food distributions. The form will be open every week Saturday-Wednesday or until we have 50 recipients, then the form will close. Boxes need to be picked on Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in the Aloha Aina Center Suite 160 in Haiku. Delivery of boxes may be available upon request. (HCAP STEM) The Ha Initiative: Creative STEM After-School Program is a free Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) after-school program for youth in grades 2-8. The program provides year-round tutoring, mentorship, and fun STEM activities in a safe after-school setting at five STEM Exploration Center locations on Oʻahu.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. HNL Tool Library’s mission is to increase the resource wealth of our local community by providing a platform for sharing, education, and skill development. We provide a membership based community tool lending program for a monthly fee, which provides access to tools that might be unaffordable otherwise. You can borrow as many tools as you need to help you get the job done. You can borrow a tool for one week, and can renew tools for a second week if no one else reserves them. We also provide blades and bits, basic used consumables are free to borrow. New and specialty items are available for a small fee.

(FSP) Freeway Service Patrol offers a variety of services to assist you when your vehicle has stopped on the freeway or close to off and on ramps. Our goal is to help you get your vehicle started so that you can get back on the road. If your vehicle does not start, a Freeway Service Patrol driver may tow you and your vehicle to an off-freeway location. The services we provide include: -Changing flat tires -Jump starting your car as a result of a dead battery -Radiator refills -Making temporary repairs -Providing gallon of gasoline (we do not provide diesel) -Towing vehicle off the freeway to a designated drop area. Once your vehicle is towed off the freeway, you can call for another towing service or your automobile insurance for further assistance.
