Fireworks permits may be obtained from all Satellite City Halls for these holidays: New Year’s, Chinese New Year, and Independence Day (Fourth of July). For fireworks permits other than on the holidays listed, go to the Honolulu Fire Department Fire Prevention Bureau. Fireworks permits will not be issued at any fire station.

Provides noxious weed control, seed testing, seed certification, plant disease control and eradication. Operates Miconia Hotline for the eradication of the weed. Parents And Children Together (PACT) offers safe, compassionate, and confidential support in three counties for youth and families coping with serious behavioral, social and emotional challenges. All services are provided free of charge with referrals.

Men’s Shelter provides emergency shelter and services for up to 140 men per night. The Men’s Shelter has a commercial kitchen, which serves as the hub for our meal program, and a walk-in medical clinic supporting both the community and IHS clients.
