(Alu Like Ka Ipu Kaeo, Alu Like Native Hawaiian Career and Technical Education Program, Alu Like NHCTEP) Provides an overarching framework from the Native Hawaiian perspective to advocate, sponsor and guide the shape, types and initiatives of community-based career and technical education projects. The Hawaii Council on Economic Education's (HCEE) mission is to increase the economic literacy of Hawaii's students, teachers and residents. HNL Tool Library’s mission is to increase the resource wealth of our local community by providing a platform for sharing, education, and skill development. We provide a membership based community tool lending program for a monthly fee, which provides access to tools that might be unaffordable otherwise. You can borrow as many tools as you need to help you get the job done. You can borrow a tool for one week, and can renew tools for a second week if no one else reserves them. We also provide blades and bits, basic used consumables are free to borrow. New and specialty items are available for a small fee.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Medicab provides a door to door transportation service for people who need assistance or need to be escorted, usually to a doctor or medical facility. Drivers are trained how to communicate and assist elderly and disabled people. The driver does not lift, carry or push anyone. Drivers do sign out customers from the hospital and assist (guide by hand) people in and out of the vehicle COVID-19 patients are asked to sit at the back seat with their masks on. The driver drives with the windows down for full ventilation.
