Hina's Legacy Rescue Foundation offers assistance to for individuals experiencing financial hardships to help them keep their pets. This helps reduce the number of animals surrendered to shelters due to lack of resources and ensures that pets can stay with their families. Healthy Mothers Health Babies Coalition of Hawaii (HMHB) offers "Hawaii Cribs for Kids," a safe sleep education course, for low-income, high-risk pregnant women and their families. This program provides education on the risk factors, how to create a safe sleep environment, and tracks the baby's health throughout its first year of life. Health centers and community partners refer income-eligible parents to HMHB, and each eligible family receives a free Pack n' Play crib after completing the class so their child has a safe place to sleep.

Rainbow School Kaneohe has been in operation since 1991. Our school is located on the grounds of Parker United Methodist Church. Rainbow School Kaneohe is able to care for 120 children ranging in age from 2 years to 5 years old. (ELR) Early Learning Readiness (ELR) for Family, Friend and Neighbor Caregivers is a research-based community program that gives young children (not in facility-based childcare), high-quality physical, emotional and cognitive experiences.
