The waitlist is for: -Project-Based Voucher Waiting List for the Towers at Kuhio Park, 1475 Linapuni Street, Honolulu, HI 96819. It is managed by The Michaels Organization. The HPHA is accepting applications for 2 bedroom units only. The HPHA will accept 600 applications. -Project-Based Voucher Waiting List for Palolo Homes, 2170 Ahe Street, Honolulu, HI 96816. It is managed by Mutual Housing Association of Hawaii. The HPHA is accepting applications for 3 and 4 bedroom units only. The HPHA will accept 300 applications. -Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List. This waiting list serves the HPHA’s Housing Choice Voucher program on the island of Oahu. The HPHA is accepting applications for all voucher unit sizes. The HPHA will accept 1000 applications. The HPHA has adopted a lottery selection policy. It’s critical that people understand they cannot walk in or call the local store for appointments, and must book their appointment online. We wouldn’t want to create frustration or confusion for people if they try to schedule appointments through the local store. For those without internet access they can use our call center, but we are still working to get confirm that live agents can be made available on the right operating hours to support Hawaii. Call center agents use the same digital scheduler, so it is not faster to necessarily call in, it’s truly a solution for those who cannot access our digital tools.

Accepts donations, including automobiles. Donated automobiles must be in running condition with papers. Founded in 1971, Habilitat is located in Kaneohe, Hawaii on the windward side of Oahu. (Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks.
