Representative Payee Services: Provides financial management services to chronically mentally ill individuals which includes but not limited to: aiding/facilitating the payment of essential bills and providing weekly/bi-weekly/monthly allowances to participants. Also includes regular budget meetings, budgeting and financial management classes to individuals or households that meet eligibility requirements.

Private school includes grades K-12 for boys and girls.

Provides care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides education in women and child health, chronic diseases, etc. Facilitates access to health care, mental health care, social services. Tuberculosis testing services are not offered here.

Provides psychosocial rehabilitation and prevocational training to seriously mentally ill adults.

Ho‘ōla Nā Pua believes that every child should have a clear path to their bright future. To prevent a threat to that path, we provide educational presentations to students during school-time. Additionally we train the adults in their lives to intervene and respond, including teachers, parents, caregivers, custodians, and frontline workers. Services are available through free community webinars hosted twice a month on various topics relating to sex trafficking. Classroom awareness presentations are also available to grades 5-12

(March 2026 Kona Low) State of Hawaii Department of Defense Hawaii Emergency Management Agency provides a website with information on the Kona Low on March 2026. Information includes links to information, shelter, public safety notices, road closures and travel disruptions, recovery resources, damage assessment links, hotel information for storm evacuees, links to donate to Kona Low relief efforts, press conference information, and information on preparing for flash floods.

Provides free and confidential individual tutorial services by volunteers. Offers tutoring in basic skills such as reading, writing and math. Assists client in preparing for various testing including GED. Helps with resume preparation.

(SWCC Free store) The free store is a community resource that offers clothing, household items, and other essentials at no cost. Each registered participant can shop once a month. Monthly schedule is subject to change. Call to confirm.

Provides adult care at three sites on Maui. Offers various therapeutic, social and recreational activities. Cooperates with other agencies to service clients.

Serves current and former foster youth in Hawai‘i who are transitioning out of the foster care system, into adulthood. The program provides a group process for youth to celebrate their emancipation from foster care and to assist them in planning for their independence. Youth Circles build upon the philosophy and skills enriched through years of engaging families in ‘Ohana Conferences. Culturally sensitive, youth centered, and strengths based, Youth Circles bring together family and community support to increase social capital and develop a network of support from individualized, outcome-driven Transition Plans for the future. Assists families with limited income to plan low-cost, simple, healthy meals. Teaches families to shop wisely, stretch their dollars and resources, and keep foods safe. Meets with homemakers in small groups or individually in the family's home or at community sites.

Kapolei Community Park Market is a low cost market where farmers sell fresh produce, baked goods, and fish directly to the public. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) voucher are accepted.

(Domestic Violence Advocacy) Families who are enrolled in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or Temporary Assistance to Other Needy Families (more commonly known as “welfare”), are required to be engaged in activities that will ultimately lead them to self-sufficiency. Program recipients for whom issues of safety and domestic violence are interfering with their progress can call upon Domestic Violence Advocacy to help them find support to change their situations. Services include: assessment, service planning, counseling services, case management and linkage and referral. Provides client advocacy for women referred by Department of Human Services (DHS) in need of case management and support to leave domestic violent relationships. Six month time period given to provide victims the opportunity to gain focus and perspective of their personal goals and career choice.

(Kauikeaouli Hale Access to Justice Room) The Honolulu District Court Access to Justice Room will provide legal help to the Oahu community on a pilot basis. Volunteer attorneys from the Hawaii State Bar Association will provide limited legal information by telephone in areas such as landlord-tenant, family, and other district court matters.

The HPCC mission is to make prostate cancer a primary health care priority in Hawaii, and to eliminate prostate cancer as a cause of suffering and death. The HPCC strives to save lives by promoting awareness of prostate cancer in Hawaii, with special emphasis on prevention, early detection, treatment options, and survival.

Early Childhood Services are provided to children three to six years old with delays in which age appropriate milestones are not yet met. These children typically fall outside the scope of the Department of Education & Special Education Services. The needs of each child are met through professional therapeutic services designed for the child to help them thrive in their home, preschool and community. Our goal is to better prepare the child for kindergarten and beyond by using family engagement techniques and strategies.
