The Academy for Healthcare Innovation (AHI) Surgical Technologist Program combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, preparing you to play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and the success of surgical procedures. You will be an essential part of the surgical team with in-depth training in surgical procedures, techniques for maintaining a sterile environment and the intricacies of surgery. Uploads required documents to facilitate marketplace enrollments. Monitors enrollments for acceptance, premium payments and issuance of member identification cards. Assists with cancellation of the marketplace plan if no longer needed. Trains team of community certified application assisters and monitors annual recertification and credentials. Ensures all activities are compliant and meet federal and state regulations including protected health information mandates. Develops and distributes outreach materials to community health centers, food bank distribution locations, and other venues where the newly unemployed utilize resources available due to the pandemic.
