(After School Drop In) The Susannah Wesley Community Center After School Enrichment Program provides a safe, structured spaces where youth ages 7 years old -18 year old can build life skills, discover new interest, and form meaningful relationships with peers. Activities focus on personal growth, leadership, and academic achievement.

Operates photographic camera club with access to a black and white darkroom. Educates members in the various processes and complexities of photography. Schedules an annual members' exhibition, an annual members contest and periodic shooting opportunities. Operates a thrift store selling low cost clothing, furniture, household goods, toys and more. Proceeds benefit vocational training and job placement programs for people with barriers to employment. (Pahoa Family Health Center) Hawaii Island Community Health Center (HICHC) provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health care for the whole ohana. Services include, but are not limited to: primary care, preventative care, women's health, pediatric care, dental, same day visits, mental health care, confidential teen visits, substance use treatment, WIC services, community outreach, and school based health care. We can assist with insurance enrollment.

(SFMNP, Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program) The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) in collaboration with our transportation department, provides seniors transportation and vouchers to farmer’s markets across the island in an effort to increase community access to fresh, local food. Program opens April 1- October 31st

Provides health care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides health education in women and child health, chronic diseases, communicable diseases and prevention. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis (TB) cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation services to private schools, day care, and residential care homes. The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance. (Primary Prevention Education, Prevention of Sexual Abuse) Molokai Child Abuse Prevention Pathways educators are available to provide workshops on recognizing and preventing sexual violence for children, pre-K thru 12th grade, parents/caregivers, camp leaders, clergy, and school faculty. Training for mandatory reporting requirements also provided on how to respond and support sexual violence survivors.
