(Youth Employment and Success Hawaii) YES Hawaii serves youth ages 14-26. The program provides peer support and outreach services. The Program is youth driven and designed to engage foster youth in peer mentoring and meaningful and supportive events and activities. Services include outreach and support, peer mentoring, events and activities, leadership and skill-building, and social media and other electronic communication training.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Education and support for moms who breastfeed: WIC has specially trained staff to answer your breastfeeding questions. Ask for more information about our breast pump loan program. Introduces students to the basic theoretical frameworks, fundamental skills development, and professional values, enabling students to enhance or restore people's capacity for social functioning and promote societal conditions favorable to their goals.

Provides congregate meals program for persons aged 60 and over at several Senior Center sites around the island. Includes leisure and socialization activities, along with nutrition education sessions. Provides lunches to those persons who are homebound due to illness, and/or are unable to prepare meals.

PATCH, Hawaii's Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, supports those with childcare needs. PATCH provides referrals to licensed child care across the state, information on how to identify and choose quality child care, and resources to support the family, such as subsidy programs and services available in the community. In addition, the Child Care Recruitment Project offers support and guidance to individuals who are interested in opening their own childcare business. This unique offering encourages campers to learn about the ocean and Maui’s natural environment while developing useful skills and making new friends. Each session centers around a specific ocean-related theme and includes hands-on science lessons, team-building games, expressive crafts and daily field trips with local partners, including weekly 3-hour private snorkel trips on PacWhale Eco-Adventures vessels. Each weekly session accommodates a maximum of 20 campers.

Issues permits to sell and use restricted pesticides. Monitors pesticide use through field inspections of applicators and market surveillance. Investigates pesticide misuse and complaints.

(Salvation Army - Lihue Emergency Food) Salvation Army Kauai provides a weekly food pantry on Friday 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
