USS Missouri Memorial

Today she stands proudly as an international icon of strength for freedom and the site and symbol of the formal ending of World War II. We offer school groups the opportunity to learn more about the USS Missouri’s role in three wars and as a living, historic memorial. We are proud to serve more than 17,000 students from around Hawaii in Battleship Missouri Memorial Education programs every year. Provides preservation and restoration of the USS Missouri where Japanese Forces surrendered to Allied Powers to end World War II.
