(Womens Health) Provides women's health care services including annual well-woman exams, pap smears, clinical breast exams, birth control and contraception. Diagnoses and treats minor gynecological concerns and sexually transmitted infections. Provides pregnancy testing, pregnancy and postpartum care, breastfeeding and lactation consulting. The Hawaii State Food and Drug Branch conducts investigations and inspections wherever foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices and related products are manufactured, packed, stored, distributed or sold. Prevents public exposure to adulterated and misbranded food by identifying and correcting food safety problems before consumers are placed at risk. Ensure the removal from the sale products (food, drugs, cosmetics and medical devices) recalled by FDA or the manufacturer by contacting and inspecting wholesalers, distributors and retail stores.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Hawaii provides: Free and confidential support services to injured victims and to families and close friends of those who have been killed, Range of free brochures, books on grief, and other literature, Court accompaniment and criminal justice system navigation, An annual candlelight vigil of hope and remembrance held during the holiday season, The possibility of serving on a “Victim Impact Panel” where victims share their stories with people who have been arrested for DUI. MADD Hawaii works closely with the Victim Witness Assistance Division of the Prosecutor's office, with youth programs and young teens in the prevention of underage drinking. Enforces the State Wage and Hour Law, Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works Law, Payment of Wages and Other Compensation Law, Child Labor Law, and Hawaii Family Leave Law. Administers statewide program of labor law enforcement involving compliance investigations of minimum wage, overtime, and payroll records, prevailing wage and overtime for laborers performing work on State and County public works construction projects, illegal deduction, late pay, and pay statement violations. Administers program for hearings related to unlawful suspension or discharge due to work injury or garnishment. Investigates unlawful practices relating to lie detector tests. Enforces Hawaii child labor law relating to employment of minors under 18 years of age. Provides information on obtaining work permits.

(ECS, Nā Lima Hana Employment Core Services - Windward District) The Na Lima Hana Employment Core Services program provides employment preparation training, personalized case management services, tuition assistance for vocational training, and job placement for unemployed and underemployed individuals. (LEI) LEI is a HTA-sponsored workforce development project created by ClimbHI to inspire Hawai’i’s youth to select careers in the Hawai’i visitor industry by providing them with the necessary means to achieve success. From the student’s perspective, LEI represents an opportunity for Leadership, Exploration, and Inspiration, and from the hospitality industry’s perspective, LEI provides an opportunity to Lead, Expose, and Inspire Hawai’i’s youth. The program began in 2011 with 300 Hawai’i high school students spending a day learning about the hospitality industry and the value of graduating from high school and going on to pursue a post-secondary education. During the course of the day’s program, the students meet, learn, and experience job opportunities that the hospitality industry can provide. Students also receive advice on filling out job/college applications, resumes, personal finance, and support resources.
