KHP is a non-profit substance misuse treatment and recovery support Center with a focus on Native Hawaiian cultural values. Provides Outpatient treatment and support services for Molokai residents in early recovery from alcohol and other drug addictions. Also provides 12-step meetings and faith-based recovery support meetings. Provides urine analysis (UA) Testing for youth up to age 18 and adults. Able to provide alcohol and other drugs (AOD) assessments for driving under the influence (DUI) or treatment appropriateness for a fee. KHP has programs for Pregnant and/or parenting Women with children who want to engage in outpatient treatment. Also, persons with a co-occurring mental health diagnosis and a substance use disorder can join dual diagnosis treatment groups. KHP has an emergency food pantry open on Tue and Thurs after 12:30pm. Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaii, Alaska, Indiana and Kentucky's Kahului Health Center offers in-person and telehealth care for abortion, birth control, vasectomy, emergency contraception, gender-affirming services, HIV testing, pregnancy testing, prenatal and postpartum services, STD testing and treatment, pap smears, vaccines, screening and treatment of minor gynecological problems like UTIs, wellness and preventive care, substance use support and referrals, unhealthy relationship support and referrals, and education and counseling.

Provides care, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the mentally ill. Involved in research related to mental illness. Provides training for mental health workers (e.g. psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers).

(SSO) Department of Education Seamless Summer Option (SSO) Program provides meals free of charge at participating public schools for children 1 year old - 18 years old June 9, 2026 - July 17, 2026. Children do not need to be enrolled in public school to participate. Schools will serve breakfast 7:15 am - 8:45 am and lunches from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm. There will be no meal service on the June 11, 2026 (Kamehameha Day) and July 3, 2026 (Independence Day observed) state holidays. All meals must be eaten on campus; no grab-and-go options are available. Children do not have to be enrolled at a participating school to be served, and meals will consist of solid foods. Assists in the location and recovery of missing children. Connected to 49 mainland state clearinghouses as well as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Traces children and their abductors through connection with these databases and other public records as well as coordination with the efforts of the FBI and police departments of all states. Child Protective Services, Interpol, the U.S. Department of State and countries who are signatories to the Hague Convention. The police should always be notified first in the event that a parent suspects a child has been abducted. Accepts volunteers to assist with basic administrative assistance, special events and graphic designing.

Operates a thrift store selling low cost clothing, furniture, household goods, toys and more. Proceeds benefit vocational training and job placement programs for people with barriers to employment.

Youth identified as requiring intensive mental health services may be enrolled with the Department of Health (DOH) Family Guidance Center (FGC) located in the school district of their home school. They are assigned an FGC Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) at that time. The youth may, and often will, continue to receive School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) services and supports from the Department of Education (DOE) in conjunction with the intensive mental health services.

The Community Assistance Center provides community group therapy for sex offenders.
