The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA Hawaii) provides year-round education and workforce training through its Construction Training Center of the Pacific. Our programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of Hawaii’s construction industry, offering practical, certification-based training for both new entrants and experienced professionals. Current offerings include: OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 construction safety training; CPR, First Aid, and AED (in-person and hybrid options); Forklift, Aerial Lift, and Equipment Operation; Supervisor Leadership Training; Specialized safety courses including Fall Protection, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Silica Awareness, and more; NAHB courses in estimating, scheduling, marketing, business management, and risk mitigation; USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management training. Courses are taught by certified instructors with direct jobsite experience. This ensures that training is grounded in real-world applications and meets industry standards. (HCBS) Adult Day Health in combination with Community Learning Services Group supports participants through a set of services on site and community based. Residential Habilitation provides individualized supports that assist the resident with the acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to living in the community. Chore Service provides services to maintain the home as a clean, sanitary and safe environment in order to ensure the participant’s health and welfare. Community Learning Services, Individual supports participant’s integration in the community. Personal Assistance/Habilitation includes a range of assistance or habilitative training services provided in the participant’s own home or family home to enable a participant to acquire, retain and/or improve skills related to living in his/her home. Training and Consultation assist unpaid caregivers, paid service supervisors and/or paid support staff in implementing the goals and outcomes developed from the person-centered planning process included in the Individualized Service Plan. RCH started its Developmental Disabilities Domiciliary Homes program in 1977. The homes were built by RCH with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The homes are licensed and monitored by the State Department of Health. Currently, RCH operates two domiciliary homes with a capacity of housing and providing services for up to four residents in each home. The homes are managed by Domiciliary Home Managers who provide a family environment and support the residents in developing their independent daily living skills through integration in the community. The program consists of a highly structured skill developmental training program focused on personal care, social integration, and systematic positive behavior changes. The program is complemented with a day activity program and transportation services.

(Homebase) Fernhurst is a women's residence with a Transitional Housing Program for women. Program entry requires application and interview for eligibility. If accepted, participants must: complete 2 hours of community service per week, check in weekly with the program coordinator, and participate in 2 learning circles and 1 Professional Women's Group. The program serves women on parole and economically disadvantaged women; providing information on the subjects of housing, jobs and personal finance,education and promoting self-sufficiency.

Army Community Service's New Parent Support program is a professional team of nurses and social workers who provide free non clinical parenting support and education to army families who are expecting or have at least one child birth - 3 years of age. Services include home visiting, office visits, play groups, referrals, resources and classes/events.

A community-based outpatient clinic provides outpatient medical and mental health care for veterans.
