(The Actors Group) The Actors' Group (TAG) is a small but active Community Theatre. Our seating capacity is 55 to 60 seats. We are located in the Dole Cannery Square Mall. We produce 6 to 7 plays each season (September through August) These are all straight plays, we do not do musicals because our theater is so small. Everyone at TAG is a volunteer. And we are always looking for volunteers to help in every aspect of the theater.

(Teenlink Hawaii) TeenLink Hawaii (TLH) is a youth-focused program promoting positive youth development through peer leadership and support, access to relevant information and resources, and connection to a caring network. The TLH website serves as home base for the program and provides credible, evidence-based information regarding teen issues and interests. The vast spectrum of subjects and resources encourages a comprehensive literacy and empowers youth to make safe and well-informed decisions.

(Kapolei Early Intervention Program, Easter Seals Kapolei Early Intervention Program) Easterseals Hawaii provides individualized early intervention services to children under 3 with or at risk for developmental delays and their families. Services include: Development of an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP); Parent coaching and family support; Developmental evaluations; Resources, information, and referral services; Assistance to families in transition planning for their child’s transition into the Department of Education special education, Head Start or preschool. Treatment Focus Areas: Cognitive; Language and Communication; Physical; Development; Social and Emotional; Adaptive/Self Care. Program focuses on building a support team for the family and assisting them in meeting challenges via parent coaching and building a foundation of tools and strategies that parents need to support their child’s growth and participation in their community.

(SNAP Outreach, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program Outreach, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Outreach) The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. Food Basket Hawaii Island's Food Bank’s SNAP outreach program helps with completing SNAP applications.

Provides canned goods, canned fruits and dry goods for Temporary Assistance For Needy Families (TANF) recipients. For November and December 2025 on the days before and after the holidays the pantry will be closed.

Settles claims between two or more parties in a simple and informal manner. Handles cases for recovery of money up to $3,500 and landlord/tenant disputes about security deposits and regular civil claims not exceeding $20,000, except for summary possession cases. Clerks may assist in preparing certain documents (not business) claims. Clerks do not give legal advice. Handles filing of Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) against non-family members.

Basic dental hygiene and other optional procedures are rendered based on clinical and professional judgment of students and faculty. Basic procedures include oral examination and charting, scaling and polishing of teeth, and patient education. Since this part of the dental hygiene curriculum is to provide teaching-learning experiences, the Department reserves the right to select patients and the type of procedures to be rendered; and to refuse individuals who do not meet the teaching criteria. It should be emphasized that full dental service is not available and service is limited to procedures in dental hygiene.

Maintains a professional organization of fundraising professionals which assists its members and other non-profits through education and mentoring. Offers workshops, materials, annual volunteer awards recognition.

Assist individuals to link them to mental health services and entitlements. Case Managers are available to assist with services that include mental health treatment, case management support, food, clothing and housing programs.

The mission of Children’s Services is to ensure that children and adolescents who have significant behavioral, emotional and mental health needs and their families receive the services they need for success in home, community and throughout life.

Provides protective services to abused, neglected, or financially exploited dependent adults, 18 years and older. Takes action, with client consent, to prevent further abuse from occurring. May involve placement into adult day care centers, residential care homes, chore services, and/or counseling and other supportive services to adults.

Provides counseling and information on anorexia nervosa, bulimia and other eating disorders. Assists in starting local self-help groups for victims and parents. Provides listing of therapists and hospitals who provide treatment. Distributes its national newsletter to anorexics, bulimics, family members, health professionals and schools. Also works on advocacy issues and does research.

(Food Pantry) Provides food pantry to those in need. Offering Drive-Through services during COVID-19.

(Day at the Beach) AccesSurf builds an inclusive community that empowers people with disabilities through accessible beach and water programs. Day at the Beach typically takes place at White Plains Beach on the first Saturday of each month. There are occasional special program days (i.e. flat water days on the Windward side, or surf day at Queens Beach in town). All events are posted on our website, https://www.accessurf.org. Hawaii Dog Foundation (HDF) is a dog rescue organization based on Oahu. HDF is run entirely by volunteers. Our focus is on taking in unwanted dogs; caring for them in our network of foster homes; and then finding permanent, loving homes for them. Regulates the manufacture, importation, sale and consumption of intoxicating liquors. Oversees liquor license applications. Hears and determines all complaints regarding violations of the liquor control laws of the state, or complaints regarding violations of rules and regulations established by the Liquor Commission. Grants, renews or refuses applications for liquor licenses. After an establishment has a liquor license, Commission investigators make periodic checks at the establishment.
