ISG offers an array of support services and product sales (assistive technology) for people who are blind or experience low vision, are deaf or are hard of hearing, or have a speech disability. ISG is a local distributor for many key mainland manufacturers of high and low technology such as desktop and portable video magnifiers, screen reading computer programs, and many other low vision aids. ISG sells and services assistive listening and alerting devices such as FM listening systems and telephone/doorbell alerting systems. ISG conducts assessment with people with disabilities to evaluate their need for assistive technology that can aid in one's productivity for independent living or employment. ISG coordinates services from a fully accessible, model home in Honolulu where an array of technology is on display for people to "try before you buy". ISG hosts the Assistive Technology User Group meetings.

Meetings are located all over the world with the majority being in North America. Meetings are held seven days a week at all times of the day. Meeting formats include face-to-face, telephone, and web-based options. SAA does NOT offer telephone counseling nor is it a “hotline.” Interested parties will be referred to a meeting in his/her area or to a telephone/web-based meeting for assistance.
