(WWWBWS) Hawaii Agricultural Foundation provides teacher workshops in partnership with the Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) and are free for HIDOE members. Where Would We Be Without Seeds is a standards-based curriculum that introduces elementary students to the fundamentals of agriculture through interactive lessons. Students explore how seeds grow into the foods we eat, why farmers are vital to our communities, and how agriculture sustains Hawaii’s future. By making the connection between the classroom and the land, the program inspires curiosity and respect for farming at an early age.

(Steadfast Pacific) Acquires, develops, owns, and manages permanent supported housing suitable for occupancy by persons in Hawaii with chronic mental illness, also known as SMI (Seriously Mentally Ill). Operates 29 group homes (including duplex units) and 6 condominium units. All clients are being provided with mental health supportive services at the Community Mental Health Centers.

Shelter of Wisdom rents homes which are shared by our men. Men live in double rooms with shared living areas and house chores. We provide intensive case management until our men are accepted into permanent housing. We provide household furnishings for their new homes, which are donated to us by the community. Men must maintain their sobriety, hygiene, medications, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping and behavior.

(Neighborhood Development and Community Outreach Program (former name)) Community Services program offers an array of services to individuals and families in need. Provides food pantry on-site to those in need of food. Provides hygiene pantry for the homebound seniors. School supplies program is collaborative effort with Helping Hands Hawaii. We accept school supplies donations and help distribute them as well.

(PAS) Patient Assistance Services assists patients with completing applications for medical insurance and medication assistance with the State Med-QUEST program, Medicaid, Medicare, Sliding Scale Fee, Federal Health Insurance Marketplace, etc, assists patients in coordinating interpreting services, and provides homeless outreach and home visits to complete applications.

Serves current and former foster youth in Hawai‘i who are transitioning out of the foster care system, into adulthood. The program provides a group process for youth to celebrate their emancipation from foster care and to assist them in planning for their independence. Youth Circles build upon the philosophy and skills enriched through years of engaging families in ‘Ohana Conferences. Culturally sensitive, youth centered, and strengths based, Youth Circles bring together family and community support to increase social capital and develop a network of support from individualized, outcome-driven Transition Plans for the future.
