(Homebase) Fernhurst is a women's residence with a Transitional Housing Program for women. Program entry requires application and interview for eligibility. If accepted, participants must: complete 2 hours of community service per week, check in weekly with the program coordinator, and participate in 2 learning circles and 1 Professional Women's Group. The program serves women on parole and economically disadvantaged women; providing information on the subjects of housing, jobs and personal finance,education and promoting self-sufficiency.

Makaha Community Center is partnering with Waianae Assembly of God for the distribution of food, clothing, furniture, appliances, and household items. We also support local Department of Education school incentive programs in the Nanakuli-Waianae complex to help promote academics and attendance.

Molokai Baptist Church is an independent Baptist Church. We have an emergency food pantry and limited supply of clothing. Youth identified as requiring intensive mental health services may be enrolled with the Department of Health (DOH) Family Guidance Center (FGC) located in the school district of their home school. They are assigned an FGC Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) at that time. The youth may, and often will, continue to receive School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) services and supports from the Department of Education (DOE) in conjunction with the intensive mental health services.

Provides maintenance and repairs of City & County of Honolulu streets, storm drains, ditches, streams, and sidewalks. Provides litter containers at bus stops and pedestrian malls. Responsible for clearing City roadways and drainage ways of debris caused by rain, wind and other natural disasters. Picks up bulky items and dead animals in rural areas. Maintains striping and signs on City-Owned streets.

(Pathway of Hope, Salvation Army Kauluwela Community Assistance Center) The Salvation Army Community Assistance Center provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, pending funding availability. The program also offers intensive case management services known as Pathway of Hope (POH). POH is for families who are ready to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and move towards self-sufficiency.

Provides island wide public transportation, including transportation for disabled individuals. The County of Hawai'i Mass Transit Agency also provides a Shared Ride Taxi Program in Hilo. The Hele-On bus system generally operates Monday through Saturday from 3:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., with limited service on Sundays and County observed holidays. When using the Hele-On Bus System, MTA suggests you wait at official bus stops and arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. (AFY) Adult Friends for Youth is a leading agency in eliminating violence and creating peace in schools and communities. Services are aimed at prevention and intervention, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, mediation, community outreach, and educational programming.

(Ka'u Hospital) Operates acute and SN/IC (Skilled Nursing/Intermediate Care) nursing facility and other medical services. Provides laboratory services and diagnostic imaging services. Operates a 24-hour emergency room.
