We are an educational membership program providing noncredit, college-level offerings designed to serve older adults’ continuing social, developmental and intellectual needs. A $60 Term Membership in OLLI entitles an individual to enroll in up to three courses or workshops and attend free special events on a space-available basis during that term. We have three semesters a year, Fall, Spring and Summer. No requirements for membership other than a desire to learn.

Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help them thrive in work and in life. Women referred into the program are able to take part in the following programs: Suiting: A personal shopper assists each woman with a complete outfit for her job interview. When available, we also provide accessories such as shoes, jewelry, a hand bag and makeup. Our goal is for her to leave Dress for Success with a complete outfit that will help her feel confident in her interview and land a job. Once she gets a job, we invite her to return to receive additional apparel to mix and match for up to a week's worth of clothing. RISE!: This job readiness training program for women meets once a week on Tuesday mornings from 8:30 to noon. Classes will address and aid in eliminating the frustrating obstacles that may arise during a search for employment. Four eight week cohorts are held during the year.

(Pu'ulu Lapa'au, Hawai'i Program for Healthcare Professionals) The mission of Puulu Lapaau, the Hawaii Program for Healthcare Professionals, is to promote patient safety and care by improving the health, well-being and effectiveness of healthcare professionals. We achieve this by offering confidential support and advocacy to healthcare professionals with potential conditions including substance use disorders, mental or physical illness, work-life imbalance and behavioral concerns. We also help determine fitness to practice and practice re-entry.

Perinatal support services provides case management services to women who receive their prenatal care at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center (WCCHC) from the time they enter prenatal care until 3 months postpartum. Perinatal support services also offers prenatal classes to pregnant women and their partners in the Waianae community.

(Easter Seals Hawaii Home and Community-Based Services, Easter Seals Hawaii Honolulu Services Center Adult Day Health Program) Adult Day Health (ADH) focuses on providing a small group environment that fosters growth, and challenges the adult participant to increase independence in a variety of community settings. Emphasis is placed on individual choice, allowing adults to pursue opportunities that match their interests and skills while promoting their dignity and independence. The program provides daily respite for individual and family caregivers as well as provides participants with educational, social, health and recreational opportunities. ADH participants have a full-range of activities to choose from including: the option to go on daily excursions, enjoy art programs, volunteer in the community, attend computer classes with the aid of assistive technology, learn money skills, participate in weekly hula classes or give back to the community through recycling programs. Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii (VLSH) is the only organization in the state whose sole mission is to serve people in Hawaii with low to moderate income community through volunteer attorneys. Volunteer Legal’s pool of pro bono attorneys provide legal services in a wide range of civil matters, including divorces, paternities, custodies, child support, guardianships, adoptions, powers of attorney, wills, healthcare directives, landlord-tenant cases, collections, and Chapter 7 bankruptcies. Neighborhood Advice and Counsel clinics are being held in-person and via telephone. Clients are responsible for all legal deadlines associated with their case. We experience a high volume of calls. Please leave a brief message with your name, number, and brief description of your legal issue. Your call will be returned in the order it was received, generally within 48 to 72 hours.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Education and support for moms who breastfeed: WIC has specially trained staff to answer your breastfeeding questions. Ask for more information about our breast pump loan program. Offers rewards of up to $1000 to tipster who give information that leads to arrest or indictment of persons committing crimes or for the recovery of stolen property. All calls are confidential. Different unsolved crimes will be publicized in paper or television. Also accepts information on missing persons.

Holomua is a youth program that focuses on cultural learning. We work with Keikis from elementary to high school providing an alternative learning environment focusing on aloha aina work and community engagement.
