We provide child growth and development information and positive parenting education to families. Offering home visitation services to eligible families, screening, emotional support to parents and linkage to other needed community services.

Provides irrigation water to farmers.

Coordinates self-help housing projects consisting of 6 - 12 families in a building group. An experienced builder-foreman-teacher shows the group how to build. Saves about 25%-30% of the house cost. When 6 - 12 families build as a group, the houses are finished at the same time. Each family puts in the same number of hours of labor and builds the same house depending on family size. Uses "mass-construction" techniques. Takes 6 - 12 months to build the houses.

(HMSA) Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) Centers and offices offer in-person customer service to members and employers with an HMSA health plan as well as individuals who are looking to enroll in an HMSA plan. Offers medical, dental, vision, and drug health care plans to individuals and employers. Plan options include fee-for-service, preferred provider organization, health maintenance organization and plans for students, self-employed and Medicare supplement.

(St Francis Adult Day Center) We provide a secure environment that is ideal for aging loved ones who cannot remain at home alone during the day, cannot perform all the activities of daily living but do not need 24/7 professional care, need social stimulation to prevent loneliness or depression, or need assistance with walking. Our adult day care programs offer a range of supervised activities in an uplifting, positive environment to enhance the quality of life for Hawaii’s seniors. Adult day care provides a way for seniors to remain at home as they age. They can enjoy the company of other seniors in a secure, nurturing environment. This allows family members to work during the day with peace of mind, knowing their loved one is in good hands. We provide intellectual stimulation, physical exercise, camaraderie with other seniors, and much more. Some of our activities include: Arts & crafts and music Exercise and therapeutic activities Intergenerational learning experiences Field trips and guest presentations St. Francis Healthcare System offers two adult day centers: the Franciscan Adult Day Center in Manoa and the St. Francis Intergenerational Center in Ewa Villages. Both locations offer exciting ways to make new friends and enjoy fun activities with others.

(Mentorship Program) Our flagship program provides internships, college apprenticeships, and alternative learning opportunities for youth ages 12 years old - 25 years old facing challenging life circumstances. (HCBS) Adult Day Health in combination with Community Learning Services Group supports participants through a set of services on site and community based. Residential Habilitation provides individualized supports that assist the resident with the acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to living in the community. Chore Service provides services to maintain the home as a clean, sanitary and safe environment in order to ensure the participant’s health and welfare. Community Learning Services, Individual supports participant’s integration in the community. Personal Assistance/Habilitation includes a range of assistance or habilitative training services provided in the participant’s own home or family home to enable a participant to acquire, retain and/or improve skills related to living in his/her home. Training and Consultation assist unpaid caregivers, paid service supervisors and/or paid support staff in implementing the goals and outcomes developed from the person-centered planning process included in the Individualized Service Plan. RCH started its Developmental Disabilities Domiciliary Homes program in 1977. The homes were built by RCH with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The homes are licensed and monitored by the State Department of Health. Currently, RCH operates two domiciliary homes with a capacity of housing and providing services for up to four residents in each home. The homes are managed by Domiciliary Home Managers who provide a family environment and support the residents in developing their independent daily living skills through integration in the community. The program consists of a highly structured skill developmental training program focused on personal care, social integration, and systematic positive behavior changes. The program is complemented with a day activity program and transportation services.
