(CGC) Common Ground Collective's (CGC) Foster Farming project is now offering weekly harvesting services to Upcountry, North Shore, Central and South Maui. Landowners get to decide if they would like to donate their produce or sell their produce. Produce donations will have donation receipts provided and will go to support the mission of Common Ground Collective or will be donated to other community organizations to help support their missions and get healthy produce to food insecure individuals.

(WUCC Food Pantry, WUCC) Central Union Church Windward Food Distribution Program provides non-perishable food and prepackaged bags of food (protein, fruit, starch, vegetables). The church is committed to providing this outreach to the community and everyone who has a need for food is welcome. Please bring your own bag for food pick up. Central Union Church Windward is a Hawaii Food Bank Agency authorized to receive FDA products, therefore our program is required to have our clients sign a form confirming the need and number of individuals in the household. (TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households.
