Parent Participation Preschool is a three-phased program for parents to assist in their child's transition from home to school. Each phase requires a different amount of participation. The children progress through the program based on their development and mastered skills not age. -Pueo (Phase 1): Children begin a foundational program where they are introduced to a more structured learning environment. The programs main focuses are colors, shapes, letter recognition, and more. The class meets twice a week for 2 hours. This class requires 100% parents participation. -Honu Phase 2): Children entering Honu possess some basic, fundamental preschool abilities and are inspired to work independently, explore academics, use their creativity, and learn the importance of a daily routine. Honu focuses on phonic, basic math skills and writing. The class meets two or three times a week for 3 hours. (Therapeutic Crisis Homes) The Therapeutic Crisis Homes (TCH) program provides youth the opportunity to stabilize with trained TCH parents who provide them with support and guidance they need to return to their families safely. Services are offered to each youth based on his/her individual needs. Youth are provided with individual counseling and family counseling with the ultimate goal of reunification with their families within 3 to 7 days. Crisis Home Parents provide a safe environment for youth ages 5 years old - 17 years old to stabilize their emotional and physical situation in time of crisis. Services included support, guidance and individual as well as family counseling to stabilize the situation so that youth can reunite with their families within 3-7 days. Trained staff professionals also help to develop an after-care plan for families and referrals to public and private follow-up services.

Provides technical assistance to improve the quality of land and water resources on private and other non-federal lands. Cost-share and other incentive payments are available for farmers and ranchers. Recommends methods to conserve natural resources like soil and water. Provides financial assistance for emergency watershed protection measures. Works with local Soil and Water Conservation Districts on conservation plans and projects.
