Services are provided to child and adult victims, non-offending partners, alleged juvenile and adult offenders, and siblings. Treatment is provided through individual, dyad, family therapy and an extensive group program. The various components of the program are designed to reinforce each other for more comprehensive treatment. Provides group counseling, individual counseling, mother-daughter counseling, and family counseling services for victims of incest, their siblings, non-offending parents, and offenders.

The Red Cross provides disaster response to those affected by disasters in East Hawaii County and shares critical preparedness information to the community so that people can prepare before a disaster strikes. All disaster response and disaster training are provided at no charge. Training classes such as first aid, CPR and Lifeguarding are available for a fee. Elder Law Program focuses on legal issues of socially and economically needy elders on Oahu and provides advice/counsel and referrals for problems involving public entitlements, guardianship/conservatorship, housing, landlord/tenant, elder abuse, age discrimination, consumer protection, healthcare decisions, and planning for incapacity and death.

Liko - We provide educational assistance to youth ages 5-24 who need additional assistance in meeting their educational goals. Youth Entrepreneurship Program - This program is open to youth ages 15-24 who have an interest in entrepreneurship, exploring career opportunities and expanding their general skills. Pahono - We currently partner with local schools to provide credit recovery or intensive support services for students who are at risk of failing their educational goals.
