Collectively we are responsible for managing the biodiversity of Hawai‘i’s lands and waters. We also represent people who work and use the land and water for social, cultural, and agricultural purposes. The mission of the Hawai‘i Conservation Alliance is to provide unified leadership and advocacy on conservation issues critical to Hawai‘i. Our purpose is to work together to continue a legacy of stewardship and to achieve the goal of promoting the preservation of native terrestrial and marine ecosystems, increasing the diversity of native species, and ensuring that the unique biodiversity of our islands is maintained into the future. Dreams help remind children in crisis that they are special and loved. Dream Imua, formerly A Keiki’s Dream, grants child-directed dreams to children 4-16 years old in crisis of any nature, such as abuse, neglect, homelessness or a major medical issues. This child-directed approach not only offers a reprieve from suffering, but validates the child’s self-worth, sending positive messages of support and encouragement, reminding the child what it is to have hope. This important program began in 1990 and became part of Imua Family Services in 2015. Over the last 30 years, the program has filled nearly 1,500 dreams from turning little girls into princesses and little boys into superheroes. The program offers children a chance to escape their difficult lives through helicopter rides, zip-lining, music lessons, horseback riding and more. Dream Imua relies on community support and involvement to help make these dreams a reality for those in need.

Hawaii Food Basket Da Box Program

(Da Box) DA BOX is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. The Food Basket purchases Hawaii Island grown produce from our local farmers and resells to customers island-wide, keeping produce affordable and increasing small farm viability. DA BOX was created to both support local farmers and to provide affordable access to fresh, Hawaii Island grown produce. Each week of produce consists of a minimum of seven items, generally one to two fruits and five to six vegetables. The program website also provides free access to recipes, a "food for thought" community blog, and a "meet the farmers" section to introduce the community to the local farms and farmers, as well as a weekly newsletter.

Defends and protects the constitutional freedoms guaranteed in the Bill of Rights and the Hawaii State Constitution. Consists of 3 major program areas: Public Education: Coordinates volunteers. Provides speakers and materials to groups wanting to hear about civil liberties and handles special program events for the organization including forums, debates, speech tours, etc. Free publications of interest include the Police Contact Card, copies of the Bill of Rights, brochures about one's rights during a federal investigation and a right to protest. Legal Program: Responds to any request for help sent in writing to the office.
