(Alanon Family Group Kauai, Alateen Kauai) Al-Anon is a worldwide fellowship of those who feel their lives have been deeply affected by someone else’s drinking. The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend. Members, who come from all walks of life, meet to share their experience, strength and hope in order to solve their common problems. Dreams help remind children in crisis that they are special and loved. Dream Imua, formerly A Keiki’s Dream, grants child-directed dreams to children 4-16 years old in crisis of any nature, such as abuse, neglect, homelessness or a major medical issues. This child-directed approach not only offers a reprieve from suffering, but validates the child’s self-worth, sending positive messages of support and encouragement, reminding the child what it is to have hope. This important program began in 1990 and became part of Imua Family Services in 2015. Over the last 30 years, the program has filled nearly 1,500 dreams from turning little girls into princesses and little boys into superheroes. The program offers children a chance to escape their difficult lives through helicopter rides, zip-lining, music lessons, horseback riding and more. Dream Imua relies on community support and involvement to help make these dreams a reality for those in need.

(HCAP STEM) The Ha Initiative: Creative STEM After-School Program is a free Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) after-school program for youth in grades 2-8. (Alu Like Ka Ipu Kaeo, Alu Like Native Hawaiian Career and Technical Education Program, Alu Like NHCTEP) Provides an overarching framework from the Native Hawaiian perspective to advocate, sponsor and guide the shape, types and initiatives of community-based career and technical education projects. The NHCTEP does not provide direct services to individuals. Instead, NHCTEP works with accredited educational organizations, selected through a competitive process, to reach eligible participants. (Sexual Abuse Treatment Services) Provides comprehensive services for families and individuals who have experienced sexual abuse within the family. Services are provided to child and adult victims, non-offending partners, alleged juvenile and adult offenders, and siblings. Treatment is provided through individual, dyad, family therapy and an extensive group program. The various components of the program are designed to reinforce each other for more comprehensive treatment. Provides group counseling, individual counseling, mother-daughter counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling services for victims of incest, their siblings, non-offending parents, and offenders.

Issues learners' permits, license renewals and converts out of state drivers' licenses. Administers road tests for all motor vehicle drivers' licenses including commercial and motorcycle. Offers voter registration to eligible licensees. Issues Hawaii State Identification Cards.

Through its Family Court Liaison Branch (FCLB), CAMHD provides mental health assessments and treatment services for youth at the Detention Home (DH) and the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility (HYCF).

This program provides intensive outpatient treatment for men and women with substance abuse issues. Services include the following: comprehensive screening and assessment, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, individual counseling, gender specific groups, family and couples counseling, parenting classes, alcohol and drug education, and case management services.

The Army Community Services's Mobilization, Deployment and Stability Support Operations program helps support community readiness during deployments and emergencies. Helps make sure installation programs align with unit deployment cycles, provide pre- and post-deployment support, and help unit commanders with their family readiness plans and deployment support services for service members and their families. Responsible for operating an Emergency Family Assistance Center in the case of an all-hazards event, and supporting service members and families during Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) and Repatriation. Acts as a case manager for all requests for assistance through the Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS).
