The Back-to-School Brigade is an annual nationwide campaign by Operation Homefront that collects and distributes school supplies to eligible dependents of service members. The Community Teen Program provides Out-of-school Time services (OST) for youth ages 5-18 who live in and around the public housing complex Kuhio Park Terrace in Kalihi. This programs promote the development of healthy youth with an abundance of positive experiences for youth including educational, recreational, skill building, social emotional learning, community building and support services. Opens at 1:30pm on Wednesdays during the school year. Extended hours offered during summer and school intersessions. Intake form is good for 1 year.

Community-based Pregnancy Services provides counseling and supportive services to women experiencing a crisis due to an unplanned pregnancy and their families, with special attention to pregnant teens. Service assists clients to explore all their viable options concerning their pregnancy and to make informed decisions and plans for themselves and their child. Pregnancy Services provides community outreach in order to reach the women and teens in need of services, and assists them in accessing services, advocacy, information and other resources to meet their needs (such as WIC, Medicaid, AFDC.) Birth options counseling is provided if requested as well as planning and assistance through the process for the individual, partner and family.
