Transitional Apartment Program (TAP) provides housing for victims who need safety and support and are ready to go to school/work. Program participants learn dynamics of domestic violence, develop safety plan, improve self-esteem and learn healthy parenting skills. Children develop safety plans and learn they’re not responsible for domestic violence. Length of stay varies depending on individual needs and up to 24 months at the Transitional Apartments.

Educates service members veterans and their families to cope with mental health and addiction issues. Administered by veterans who themselves have been consumers of VA mental-health services. (Kauikeaouli Hale Access to Justice Room) The Honolulu District Court Access to Justice Room will provide legal help to the Oahu community on a pilot basis.
