Develops and manages statewide system of artificial reefs to enhance sportfishing species.

Lunalilo Home is currently is licensed for 42 residents by the State of Hawaii Department of Health for Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH), Type II, and up to 20% of the beds for Expanded ARCH or EARCH, Type II. Residents of Lunalilo Home receive 24-hour supervised care and supportive services in an ohana (family) setting. Lunalilo Home is a private organization that is not funded by any state or federal programs. We do not directly bill Medicare or Medicaid for any of the services we provide; however, our residents may utilize Medicare and Medicaid as well as other health insurance for their medical needs. In recent years, Lunalilo Home has added elderly services including Adult Day Care, Respite Care, Meals-to-Go and Caregiver Support programs. In the coming years, Lunalilo Home plans to further enhance its services and facilities to increase its impact in the community and preserve the legacy of our kupuna and the Hawaiian people. A late fee of $250 will be assessed per 30 days outstanding.

Provides a national toll-free phone line to answer commonly asked questions on postal service, such as service hours, zip code and address information, and mailing rates. A caller attempting to reach a postal worker in Hawaii, or who asks a question that cannot be answered by Mainland operators, will be given a local number to call. Also provides U.S. Passports and voter ballot forms also available at several Post Office locations.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households. (Aka'ula School) Akaula School is a private school which includes grades 5-12 for boys and girls.

Youth small boat day sailing. Youth from 8 years - 20 years old participant in day time sailing activities on boats that range from 8 ft to 30 ft. Activities divided into programs for 8 -12 years and 12 years and older. Programs include basic sailing, intermediate sailing and racing. Sailing is an Olympic sport that can be done as an individual or team. Our programs provide children/teens opportunity to develop independent as well as co-operative thinking, healthy outdoor activities and beneficial adult mentoring. Big Island Sailing Foundation facilitates sailing "day camps" primarliy on the Kona coast. Summer camps are in June - July; Winter break camp at the end of December and Spring camps each year.

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan provides a appointment line for members to call to make appointments. All Kaiser plan members affected by the Kona Low on March 2026 can call to get help with appointments.

If enough participants are available we can provides weekly support groups for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth up to age 25, when we have a minimum of 5 interested participants.

(ECS) The Nā Lima Hana Employment Core Services program provides employment preparation training, personalized case management services, tuition assistance for vocational training, and job placement for unemployed and underemployed individuals. Operation Hero is an afterschool program that targets military children who have been identified by teachers, counselors, or parents as exhibiting low self-esteem, or who have difficulty adjusting, both academically and sociall t the school environment. Oftentimes, these difficulties can be attributed to frequent moves and family disruption due to deployments. The curriculum is designed to help children cope with the challenges of military life, provide tools to help them succeed in school, and assist them in developing a positive self-image while improving communication skills. This program promotes social responsibility through team-building activities and targets children.

(ADRC) The Aging and Disability Resource Center is the source for individuals who are aging and have disabilities to get impartial information about support and services that help them remain living at home as long as possible with dignity and quality of life. The ADRC staff members provide Options Counseling. It's a process that assists you to make informed decisions to select the long term services and support you need to age well and maintain independence. The ADRC is for people of all incomes and ages, to help you make plans that carry out your individual needs and preferences. It is also a point of access for all publically funded long term support programs and benefits. ADRC is operated by the State of Hawaii in cooperation with the four county governments.

Provides public education and lobbying on issues related to hospitals, long term care facilities (nursing homes), home care providers and hospices. Provides speakers and presentations on request.

(Sultan Early Intervention Program, Easter Seals Sultan Early Intervention Program) Easterseals Hawaii provides individualized early intervention services to children under 3 with or at risk for developmental delays and their families. Services include: Development of an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP); Parent coaching and family support; Developmental evaluations; Resources, information, and referral services; Assistance to families in transition planning for their child’s transition into the Department of Education special education, Head Start or preschool. Treatment Focus Areas: Cognitive; Language and Communication; Physical; Development; Social and Emotional; Adaptive/Self Care. Program focuses on building a support team for the family and assisting them in meeting challenges via parent coaching and building a foundation of tools and strategies that parents need to support their child’s growth and participation in their community.
