Parent coaching and family support from occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, special educators and social workers. Developmental evaluations. Resources, information, and referral services. Assistance to families in transition planning for their child’s transition into appropriate settings, such as the Department of Education special education, Head Start or preschool. Treatment Focus Areas are Cognitive, Language and Communication, Physical, Development, Social and Emotional, Adaptive/Self Care. Family plays a key role in a child’s life.
