Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) offers referrals to 12-step recovery meetings for people who have a desire to recover from sexually compulsive or addictive behavior. Meetings are located all over the world with the majority being in North America. Meetings are held seven days a week at all times of the day. Meeting formats include face-to-face, telephone, and web-based options. SAA does NOT offer telephone counseling nor is it a “hotline.” Interested parties will be referred to a meeting in his/her area or to a telephone/web-based meeting for assistance.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Education and support for moms who breastfeed: WIC has specially trained staff to answer your breastfeeding questions. Ask for more information about our breast pump loan program. We provide information about the over 300 local AA meetings on Oahu with in person and online meetings. Straub Urologists diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract in adults and children. The department provides medical and surgical treatment for incontinence, prostate problems, disorders of voiding, kidney stones, infertility, impotence and genitourinary malignancies. Diagnoses and treats sexual problems with focus on promoting healthy sexual functioning. Treatment may include interview, exam by physician, lab tests, medical or surgical treatment and sex therapy.

The Arc of Maui County has five Residential Group Homes for people with developmental disabilities. Each home has four to five residents with staff support 24 hours a day. Services include assistance with activities of daily living, recreational activities, and transportation. Socialization and community integration are part of everyday life at the homes. Nursing services and medication assistance are available. All of our homes are licensed by the State of Hawaii Department of Health. Our homes are licensed as either Domiciliary or Intermediate Care and most are fully wheelchair accessible. The homes are located in Kahului, Kihei, Maunaloa, and Napili.

Issues commercial driver's licenses and permits. Obtain State ID cards. Receives international and local driver's license inquiries. Receives Financial Responsibility SR-22 insurance forms for license suspensions by the court or through Administrative Revocation. Issues Hawaii State Identification Cards.

Provides assistance and advice to start or operate a business in the State of Hawaii. Issues government licenses and permits to start a business, such as general excise tax licenses, business and trade name registration and employer registration. Offers information on business assistance, alternative financing, counseling and workshops provided by other agencies.

Investigates all drug complaints. We register and investigate all violations of persons who administer, prescribe, manufacture or dispense controlled substances in the State, including those who work at methadone clinics. The Division is also responsible for Hawaii’s Electronic Prescription Accountability System (e-Pass) which monitor’s all Schedule II through V controlled substance prescriptions filled in the State of Hawaii.
