Eligibility

Minimum age: 15 years and 6 months. Applicants 15 years and 6 months - 17 years, must wait 90 days before eligible to take a road test. Must be at least 16 years of age to apply for license. Driver Education and Behind the Wheel certification required prior to road test examination. Must pass written, road and vision tests. Must not have had license revoked by court. Need to bring licensed driver with registered vehicle and no-fault insurance card at time of road test.

Application process

Walk-in. Need to bring birth certificate, driver's license, social security card and documentation of legal and lawful name.
