(Worklife Hawaii, CFS EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM) Companies contract with WorkLife Hawai‘i for their employees to receive confidential professional counseling, education, training, crisis management, and substance abuse assessment. Companies also receive management consultation on personnel and organizational issues. Helps employees and their families covered under employee assistance contracts for problems such as stress, family conflict, financial difficulty, or drug and alcohol abuse.
