Phone Windward Oahu Family Guidance Center. Screening interview. Need to bring Department of Education diagnostic work-up/psychiatric evaluation. Waiting list. Referrals made through Department of Health Care Coordinator.

Jointly operates a community based program which is between the Department of Health and the Department of Education which services special education students between the ages of 12 to 21. Provides individual, group, family and recreational therapy to youth and their families and a parent support group. Provides individual academic assistance.
