Appointment with Outreach Worker required. Need to have proof of age (driver's license, birth certificate or state ID) and evidence of Hawaiian ancestry.

Provides nutrition and support services for Native Hawaiians aged 60 and over. Serves lunch on scheduled site days. Offers friendly visiting, telephone reassurance and referrals to other community agencies.
