Application process
Complete the Kupuna TV Discount application form, gather copies of all necessary documentation, then mail the completed form and documentation.
Fees
Fees vary by program. One-time Internet activation fee of $34.99 and taxes not included.
If you have a Hawaiian Telcom TV and Internet Bundle and qualify, The Kupuna TV Discount may provide you a $5 discount off of your Base Package Tier (Basic, Advantage, Advantage Plus or Starter).
Proof of eligibility required. If you are currently, or have been, a Hawaiian Telcom customer within the last year, you cannot have been suspended for non-payment.
