Fees are charged according to the responsible party indicated on the court order. Fees are assessed on a sliding scale based on the income of the responsible party/parties.

(Family Visitation Center - Oahu) Family Visitation Centers provide a safe, neutral setting for children to visit with their non-custodial parents or transition from one parent to the other. After a divorce or separation, family visitation services may be arranged by agreement of both parents and by court order.
