Provides transportation for persons with disabilities, elderly, Medicaid participants, and nutrition program clients. Operates high school drop-out prevention program and Language Arts Multicultural Program. Offers shopping assistance. Provides energy assistance and conservation education. Makes deferred loans for home owners to make housing repairs. Provides employment training, case management. Offers information and referral.
