Emergency Farmer Relief Program for March 2026 Kona Low
Farmers, ranchers, and businesses across the State of Hawaii who experienced damage or losses from the March 2026 Kona Low 1 or Kona Low 2 and have a General Excise Tax (GET) license may be eligible.

(Emergency Farmer Relief) The State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity provides the Emergency Farmer Relief Program. Farmers, ranchers, and businesses who experienced damage or losses from the March 2026 Kona Low 1 or Kona Low 2 may receive a one-time grant of $1,500 to help with immediate needs resulting from the storm. Applications open on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Applicants who complete and submit applications by Friday, March 27, 2026 will be prioritized funding.
