(DOTAX) State of Hawaii Department of Taxation - Oahu collects State taxes, provides information and assistance on preparation of tax forms, provides assistance to the elderly and the disabled in filing State tax credits, issues general excise tax licenses, and furnishes State tax forms. The office handles applications for Federal Employer Identification Numbers on a limited basis and walk-ins only.
