For some properties, we already have contact information and will send an invitation to enroll via email, text message, or phone call directly from the American Red Cross. For others who we do not have contact information for, the Red Cross is encouraging people to visit https://redcross.org/gethelp to register online or call 1-800-RED-CROSS to provide the information needed to open a case and receive this help.

The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. We do this by providing relief to victims of disaster (with food, clothing, shelter, financial assistance, and crisis counseling), and helping people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. We conduct community disaster education, install free smoke alarms and provide lifesaving CPR and first aid training.
