Eligibility
-Individuals with proof of Medicaid insurance and a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia will qualify for the Memory program provided by KCFCCS.
-Veteran's and their spouses can qualify for the Veteran's program.
Special consideration will be given to individuals who are not eligible for either program, but have shown a need for care services and meet financial requirements.

We provide in-home care services which include companionship, light housekeeping, cooking, supervision, Activities of Daily Living; including bathing, toileting, transfer assistance, dressing, feeding, and grooming, and various other duties as determined by the assessment.
Kokua Care Foundation Charitable Care Services (KCFCCS) provides these care services at no charge to qualified individuals, and at-cost services for individuals who are unable to qualify for the program, but have shown the need for service. These services are provided by Kokua Care.
